Hi All - new to the forum and looking for a little help.
I’ve tried to reset multiple times and continue to get “unexpected error”
Rachio 3rd generation, 16 zone
1st light blinking blue
Ran the RouteThis diagnostic
Using Google Mesh
I opened a ticket, but not sure what to expect, first time.
Also, I can’t seem to find where people are finding their current firmware and wireless signal strength or I’d add that too.
