Rachio 3 turning off issues

Hi,

Really hopeful someone can help.

Just switched out a old controller - picture attached.

Now when i trigger any zone it starts but wont respond to turning off in the app.

If i remove the commons from the rachio it immediatley stops any zone and will start again on command.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?

System installed in Spain, power adapter used is 21.5v 1.5Amp (know its not exact) but powers up fine - could this be the issue?

Is the power adapter AC or DC? Based on your issues, I’m betting that you have a DC power adapter, and you need AC. The voltage is also a bit low, but if it is turning on your valves, the lower voltage might be ok…
