Dear Rachio team,
I’ve created an eight (8) zone smart cycle (of 16 available) which run perfectly when triggered manually from app.
However, smart cycle is never triggered automatically (regardless of weather conditions) even after disconnecting rainbird sensor leads and disabling the sensor in the app.
While individual zones and smart cycles work fine when triggered manually, would appreciate your guidance to enable the “Smart” product capabilities.
