I ordered the rachio 3 during the earth day special on 4/21. It was backordered and ultimately didn’t receive the product till May 6. My wife and I decided to not do irrigation and I’ve been trying to return this since end of May. Finally on June 4th I received a call from support and advised me since it was outside thirty days I couldn’t return whatsoever. I don’t need this product, and I tried contacting within 30 days of purchase and even talked to someone within 30 Days of delivery. I’d love to return this BRAND NEW rachio 3, unopened box. And get my money back. Please help!
