Rachio 3 is literally JUNK!

Had this Rachio 3 for less than 1 year and the WiFi Radio went … I cannot get a hold of ANYONE after sending 12 messages for someone to call me!!!

Good, you can get a warranty replacement.

That’s a pretty specific diagnosis, yet you didn’t mention what symptoms you observed or how you came to that conclusion.

Can you get the controller into the state where quadrant 2 is blinking? See

If not, try a factory reset. If yes, tell us exactly what goes wrong when you attempt to reconfigure Wi-Fi.

That’s pretty strange way to go about things. Either deal with this with a ticket (expect replies in the ticket) or by calling them. Open 7 days a week.

My experience with email support is that I receive a response within a few days. That seems reasonable to me.

I’m happy with my Rachio. It’s working well for me. Definitely not junk in my experience.

Contact support from your Registered Email Address. Otherwise, it’s very possible that emails would be ignored
