Just got my 3 and can’t for the life of me get it to connect. App only reference v 1 and 2. Don’t think it is up to date. Anybody get a 3 working?
@mmunley1 - iOS or Android application? Brand new install or replacing an existing Gen 2 or Gen 1?
FYI, the current release for the iOS app id 3.31 which was released this week.
IOS. Brand new install. Have 3.3.1 app. But it does seem to reference ver 3.
@mmunley1 - I haven’t played with a Gen 3 yet. I’d place a call into support.
@mmunley1 can you post a screenshot of what you’re seeing? v3 of the app doesn’t ask you to select the product generation like v2 did – you just need to scan the barcode.

i’m running the current iOS app and after i selected “add a new controller” it discovered the Rachio 3 instantly. i’d call support.
Mine is doing the same thing. Light on right of the bars is blinking and the app errors out.
Call support. They need to add it to there system.
That happened to mine, wouldn’t connect to WiFi. Kept trying and eventually worked.
