I installed the gen2 controller with the Rachio branded outdoor enclosure last week and I’m having an issue with the controller faceplate. The controller fits very snug inside the outdoor enclosure and every time I open the enclosure door the faceplate pops off because technically it won’t snap all the way on.
If this is a known issue it would be good to have a slightly bigger enclosure, if it’s not a known issue then could I have a box with the wrong dimensions?
Other than the above, I am very pleased with this product.
