I am a new rachio user. I have a rachio 3. I set up a Grass Schedule and use flex daily. This morning I noticed at 3am the quick run activated all zones for 3 minutes. I never started a quick run. Is this automatic? How can I stop it? I don’t mind the schedule I created running when needed but the quick run included all zones and my schedule doesn’t use all zones (I have a zone with a broken sprinkler head so I don’t run it). Everything in search says quick run is not automatic it needs to be started manually and it can’t be scheduling either. Everyone was sleeping at 3am so no one manually started it. What happened?
Great question! My landscaper has access to my system and so I thought of that and I suspended his access after I wrote my post and so far this hasn’t happened again. Hoping it was something simple like that! Will let you know if it starts back up again…
I guess the lesson is for anyone having phantom quick run activity, consider deactivating any guest users!
I wouldn’t have marked your response as a solution to this thread, since it’s not your thread and the op who posted over a year ago never responded/confirmed if this is due to the same issue. Your solution maybe a resolution to your issue, but not the op of this thread.

I didn’t mark it as a solution. I don’t even know how to do that, so I’m not sure why that happened…but it wasn’t me doing that. Perhaps a moderator did it? Maybe @franz can give us some insight…?
