PWS on Android

I just switched my Rachio 2 to use a nearby PWS (not mine) because the closes NWS is far enough not to accurately reflect local precipitation. I’ve read on these forums, though, that PWSs may not be very reliable, so I’d like to find an easier way of monitoring provided data.

Does anyone know if an Android phone (the standard weather widget) can be configured to report from a PWS rather than whatever Google is using? This way, I can quickly detect any problems before they start affecting irrigation schedules.

Just use Weather Underground for weather and point it to the desired station. Not sure if the app can do that, but a web link can. Like here’s a link to my PWS:
