I installed the wires over the base and need to remove them and slip them through the hole. Should I just pull on them as hard as I can or is there a technique to it?
@wendel To release the wires you can take a small flat head screwdriver and press the plastic wire holder in which will release the wire. If you look closely there is a groove that will fit a small flat head.
