I have a Rachio 3 that I use at our second home in Greece. It uses a pump activated through the approved Munro Smart Box connected to the Master connection.
This has worked very wellnuntil recently. When we returned after a 9 week trip, we found some trees stressed. After checking the System it appears that zones 1 thru 5 start the program (or quick run) okay, but the pump stops after around 30 seconds. The other two zones seem to be fine.
I have sent an email to support and sm waiting for a reply.
The fact some zones work fine seems to indicate a problem with the controller.
Any advice would be welcome
