Just bought the Rachio 3 and waterproof enclosure bundle just to unpack everything and realize I don’t have everything to make said “bundle” waterproof or even functional. Ended up having to order a 3 wire pigtail and some cable glands off Amazon and delay my install a few days. The added cost was less than $10, but having to delay the project is mildly frustrating.
What’s the chances that Rachio could just include a PG16, PG21, and a pigtail in the box with the waterproof enclosure? Even if it means a small bump in price I think it would be welcome to most consumers vs. having to go source the proper accessories after the fact.
