Good afternoon,

One of my irrigation zones randomly began watering the grass today. There is no schedule for it to water in the middle of the day. Further, there was no stop button on the button of the app screen to allow me to terminate the session.

I tried activating a QuickRun for that zone, hoping it would turn off after the QuickRun was complete; unfortunately, it just kept watering the lawn.

The only way I can get it to stop is to turn off the master valve to the irrigation system. When I open the valve back up, the watering resumes. Does anyone have any troubleshooting tips on how to fix this issue?

Sounds to me that you valve for that zone may be stuck. You might be able to verify by unplugging Rachio to see if it stops. Usually a cleaning (hopefully not replacing parts or the whole valve) of the valve will take care of it.
