Ownership transfer not working

Hi,

i am trying to transfer ownership of a rachio 2 controller to myself and I am getting different errors at different times. The controller belongs to me and my tenant just moved out, and I am trying to setup the schedule

It is either “cannot transfer ownership to yourself “ or “if the problem persists, contact support”.

Could you please help?
