Final Update: The issue has been resolved and our services fully restored.

Update 7:07pm MST: We are still being impacted by the outage. Our Engineering team is still work with AWS Support to fully restore our services.

Update 4:03pm MST: There are still some issues with activating new Rachio controllers. The team is working toward a full resolution. We will continue to provide updates.

Update 3:30pm MST: The issue has been resolved. If your controller still appears offline in the app, you can attempt to run a zone or power cycle the controller.

We are currently experiencing an outage due to AWS connectivity issues. This is impacting users ability to access their Rachio app and controller communication to our servers. Our support team is unable to make or receive phone calls. You can email the Support Team at support@rachio.com

Scheduled irrigation events should still run, but Weather Intelligence checks might not work.
