I recently had my router updated by AT&T to a NVG599. I tried to reconnect my Gen1 and had zero luck getting online. I spoke with support and they sent me a Gen2 for free. I still cannot get online. Very frustrated as I am not handy and really need a technician to help me. Do you know if issues with this router?
@lizackelso - The NVG599 can have both 2.4 and 5.0 GHz networks and a 2.4 GHz guest network. Do they have different network names? Rachio only supports 2.4 GHz networks. Did the network name change? Or the password? Have you run RouteThis for Rachio Support yet?

- Light code of the Rachio where you are stuck. I’m guessing light 3?
- What network you are trying to connect to? Is it 2.4 GHz, internal or a guest network, does it have WPA2 encryption or something else, and are the network names or passwords similar between the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands?
