My city has mandatory odd even watering. My controller is set for flex watering and all zone parameters have been set up correctly. Today all watering was skipped even though moisture in most zones was well below the 50 percent MAD. My fescue zone was at 0 % moisture. This is the most intolerant area of low moisture. I do not recall having this problem last year. I still have my Gen 2 installed. Unfortunately, I am recovering from a femur fracture and am not able to install my new Gen 3.
Rachio, do you have any suggestions? There is a very low chance of a hit or miss thunderstorm today.
