Not sure why my Flex Schedule didn't run this morning

Can someone explain why my Flex Schedule didn’t run based on the info of this screenshot:

The Flex schedule is enabled, the allowed depletion is at 50% and it didn’t run today and doesn’t look like it will run tomorrow either with barely any precipitation. Any help would be appreciated.

The percentage you’re looking at isn’t what you think it is. When that percentage gets to zero, it means your soil has hit 50% of it’s capacity. Definitely confusing. When looking at the moisture chart, it will water when it thinks it will go below 0% that day.
