For 3 days I have attempted to connect…2.4 and 5.0
I have even disconnected it frome the wall and plugged it in and sat it next to the router with no success…
@Mojo - run the RouteThis app and have the key ready to give to Rachio support.
Send in a ticket using the Rachio app. That will help identify iOS or Android and the version of the application.
Can you let us know how your issue was fixed? I’d like to have that information for others.
