I moved to a new phone and want to use the Rachio app on new phone. I have logged out from the old phone. But I am not able to login using same username/password on the new phone (it complains no user found with that username/password. Please note I can login with same username and password on the website. So this seems to be login problem only from the phone (note old phone also cannot login anymore). Please help.
By website, do you mean the WebUI, or this community? I believe the 2 can have different user/passwords associated with them.
