Hello. My app and controller say sprinklers are working , but they aren’t. I have rebooted the system, checked wi for connections and all. I saw that changing wires could help but I do not know how to do that. Please help. Thanks.
@Amandapreston98 - first make sure the water isn’t turned off to the entire system. Has there been any digging in the yard that could cut the wires running to the valves?
If you know where a valve is, does water come out if the valve (and master valve is you have one too) is manually activated?
Do you have a multi-meter so that the resistivity down a zone line and back through the common line can be tested?
