Sprinkler guy came today, and I have no power to the controller, and he still charged me $100 for the service call!!! 
I unplugged and plugged it back in to no avail. My refrigerator, camera and power outlets all work so I know the Cyber Power strip is working good.
It has a January 2019 tag on it.
Why is this damn thing not working?
As with all electronics, there is always a chance that the power supply has failed, or possibly the unit itself. @franz or @laura.bauman might be able to get you squared away with an exchange if the unit is bad.
