No notifications

Hello friendly Rachio support friends. I have not been receiving any push notifications on my phone when a cycle starts or stops. I know the system ran because I can see it in the history on the app but I would still like to get those notifications. Any suggestions?

Hmm, I’m curious if the setting for push notifications related to system status changes is turned off in your account settings. Do you receive push notifications for any other Rachio events?

I just realized that I don’t get any of notification from my rachio 3 on my Galaxy S8 phone (8.0). I check the settings and seems it’s everything fine (please see the pictures) also permission on my phone is ok. Any idea how to fix this problem?

I fix this problem follow of the instruction on troubleshooting shooting in Rachio app.

Also I choose to get notification by the mail and still that option is not working hmmm.
