I recently installed by newly purchased Rachio 3 and tried connecting in to my router using my Android Samsung Phone. All seems to work when I manually operate zones, however, I cannot get the controller to connect to my router home network.
What type of Android device are you using to connect the controller?

Ok, that should work. If you do have an iPhone available you could also try that.
