New member; converted from RM; need Homekit help

Installed my Rachio3 a few weeks ago and love it. Moved over from Rain Machine after endless promises and delays on homekit integration. Havent had any issues until today. What are the basic tips/tricks when Rachio has “no response” in HK? Direct app works. Im sure the basic tips are all over this forum but being a newbie was hoping someone could help me out!
