Installed and setup my Gen 3 unit Thurs evening. Replaced a Gen 2 unit that had approx. 2 years of watering history. Upon connecting and transferring settings from Gen 2 to Gen 3 device, noticed that none of my watering history/reports migrated to the new, Gen 3 unit. Is this possible?
We can’t transfer water usage, but we do transfer everything else. If you’d like to download your usage app.rach.io will allow you to download a CSV of all past usage.

Is this still the same can you check my account and make sure everything transferred over correctly please. I still have the old controller on my app I’m waiting for you guys to delete it.
