Master Valve By Zone

Since 2014 users have been requesting the ability to turn on the Master Valve by zone in order to inject fertilizer or other chemicals that do not need to be distributed to all zones. For example, I get my water from a well which has a heavy iron content and I need to able to inject a product to remove the iron content in ONLY the zones that come into contact with the driveway. Rachio continues to ask for product suggestions, and this is one that has been discussed and stated was in the works since November of 2014 by Franz himself.

@jstew4880‌ @peacock‌ Definitely plan on doing this, fortunately ‘master valve by zone’ is just a software change. For more than one master valve, would you need new physical connections on the backplate for multiple master valves?

I need this as well, I have multiple water sources and need more control! Relays on top of relays to add this “feature” is archaic, just push the update already!
