I need to create a custom manual run with more smart soaks than the regular scheduling allows for (very steep banks). The online chat said I could do that through the manual run and told me where to find it on the app page. But my Rachio app doesn’t display that option. I did the troubleshooting (latest app version, etc,) but still can’t find the manual run to customize. Could just be me, but any help in finding that would be great. Thank you.
Hmmm, I don’t recall ever being able to do a MANUAL run with smart soaks. Is there a reason you need this as a manual run feature?
I guess what you could do is create a schedule with smart soak the way you want it. Disable the schedule, and it will still show up under the schedules tab of a manual run.
Hi, I don’t necessarily need to run it as a manual but if I want to divide the smart soak into more than just 1/2 (for example, an hour watering will give me 1/2 hour watering, 1/2 hour off, 1/2 hour watering and 1/2 off, and I would like to have it 1/4 hour water, 1/4 hour off, etc). then the online chat said I had to do that with a manual run. In other words the smart soak will only divide it in half. On my steep banks I need longer watering time but more intervals of no water.
But that’s my problem. I can never find where to edit a manual run. If I could find that I could set it up the way I want, according to the online chat.
