I’ve been using 3 Rachio controllers in my yard for a couple years now (don’t ask, long story as to why 3). Starting today, I can’t see one of them. My network shows it, and I can ping it. I can also see it on laptop app… just not on my iphone. Any suggestions?
Did you try to re-add it?
I’d first kill the Rachio app (bring up app switcher and swipe it up). If that doesn’t bring it back, try re-booting the phone. If that doesn’t work, try re-adding the missing controller.
It looks like they were having an outage. All is well now.
