Hi, I’ve been in a dialog with Rachio support trying to access my Rachio controller from the iOs app. The “request new p/w” says a new p/w is being sent but nothing arrives (nothing in any spam folders). Requests for help just gets the same “we are escalating to someone who can help” bot msg over and over. Very frustrating!
I have a new planted zone that is dying as I can’t add it.
Can someone please reset my p/w or (worse case) tell me how to set up a new one. This situation is getting dire!
