My WiFi is off from 9pm to 5am daily to limit EMF exposure.
Unfortunately, it seems as though during that time, the Rachio attempts to connect to WiFi 960 times each night which is not ideal. Having it attempt to connect every 30 seconds is unnecessary.
I had hope to potentially connect it to the “xfinity” hotspot instead of my home WiFi but it does not seem to support that.
Ideally, I’d like to be able to configure the connection retry interval or configure a time window where the Rachio would essentially be in airplane mode.
Any thoughts or insights or enhancements in this realm would be appreciated.
