Is cloud down for Gen 1?

Had no issues with Gen 1 controller ever going offline, but just went offline yesterday. No changes to network and Internet is fine for other devices. Apple router shows Rachio connected, but says offline. Are there any issues on the Rachio side? Thanks!

No known issues at this time, if you send an email to support@rachio.com, or you can contact through phone they will be able to help you troubleshoot.

@Dakid55, just wanted to check in to see if you were still experiencing any issues with your controller? I’m currently seeing your device as online.
