Initial Installation

Wifi not connecting to iPhone iOS 13.6. I get an error message and the message is asking me to cancel set up. Please help.

@ssk1974 - have you seen the support articles about issues with the latest Apple and Samsung devices an their operating systems?

What device model is being used? Do you have access to a laptop?

Hi DLane, Yes I have access to a laptop. Device model - Apple iPhone 11. I have not read about issues with the latest apple devices, do I have to update any firmware? Thank you.

@ssk1974 - I’d do a factory reset on the WiFi to clear out any information and then follow the steps listed here ->

Once connected to WiFi there are no issues using newer devices.
