Up to this point we have been calculating solar radiation based on day of year, elevation, and latitude.
I backed off of using solar radiation from PWS and wanted to wait until we had flex schedules running for a few months.
Tomorrow night we are deploying code that will incorporate solar radiation data from PWS. This plays an important part in calculating overall evapotranspiration (ET) data.
Hopefully this will get us even more accurate ET values.
This wont affect predicted flex schedules since forecasted data does not incorporate actual solar radiation data, but any observations which we track daily will incorporate this data.
