In/Hr = per-nozzle x nozzle-qty?

I did some searching but just a little confused and want to be sure I got this right…

If I’ve defined a nozzle to be for example 0.5 in/hr (based on mfg, not catch cups), and I have 4 nozzles in the zone…

Assuming none of the nozzle coverage is overlapping (unlikely but simplifying here), I would set this zone to 2 in/hr? Or is it that because none are overlapping it is still 0.5 in/hr?

If they do overlap, how does that affect this as well?

Trying to get my zones set up and it just feels VERY challenging to get the right metrics when each zone has different nozzles, nozzle quantity, shapes of spread, distance of spread, sqft, etc. And I feel I’ve got everything configured in each zone’s advanced settings EXCEPT in/hr…

No, the inches per our is the .5 that the manufacturer shows in their literature. That specification from the manufacturer assumes a pretty uniform head to head overlap in coverage, usually shown as a triangle, or square.
