Hi. My Rachio has been working great until my irrigation had to be repaired. After the work was done. the zones work when the button on the unit is pushed. however, when i try to run tests through the phone app, the phone indicates it is working and the unit indicates it’s working but no water runs through the system. Any ideas on why this is happening or what i need to do to fix it? Thanks
Honestly, no…if it works with the buttons on the unit for a quick 3 minute run, there really isn’t any reason that a quick run in the app wouldn’t work. Do all the zones work with buttons on the front of the unit?
