I miss my Flex Schedule

I had a Rachio 3 years ago in different neighborhood with no water restrictions. I was able to set up a Flex Schedule that watered 4 days a week—if needed. My new neighborhood only allows the watering of lawns 3 days a week therefore I’m only able to use a Fixed Schedule. Fixed schedules do not show the moisture graphs and I feel like I’m missing out on some of the features. I know there are plenty of Rachio users who are not fans of the moisture graphs but I was always a fan and the Fixed Schedule won’t allow me to see that information.

Is there some way that I could setup my Fixed Schedule to show the moisture graphs or am I just out of luck?

I’m a Rachio fan and love the controller but it would be great to see the moisture graph info.

Thanks so much for any help.

Have you tried flex daily where you specify the three days?

Thomas, thanks so much for the reply and I’m so glad you made me go back and look at this option. I went in and setup a Flex Daily and the system gave me a warning that I should use a 4 days schedule BUT……when I clicked on the “continue” button which was grayed out, the system let me continue and use a 3 day Flex Schedule.
Thanks for your suggestion and it worked like a champ. I’m a happy Rachio user again!!!

I forgot about the recommendation on 4 days for flex daily, so not sure how well that will work. It seems like it is worth a try and maybe see how the moisture level holds up. Just in case, I would probably keep an eye on the lawn’s health.

I’ll have to keep an eye on the moisture level for sure. When I first got it set up, it showed the moisture level at 101%. Mid 80’s here and really sunny here on the coast of NC. I “emptied” the levels and now they are all at 0% for a nice fresh start. I will say that it shows I’m scheduled for irrigation on Tuesday (as I set it in my restrictions) but not again until October 7. Thats not going to work but I’ll see if the schedule resets overnight……..As you said, keep an eye on it.

Yeah, I would definitely check after the next watering. Obviously if the weather is cool and it retains water, that might be fine. Please let us know how it goes
