Hunter Sensor Shows On but shouldn't

I just installed my new Rachio 3 8 zone controller. I replaced an old Rainbird controller. I have a Hunter rain sensor. I wired it according to the instructions but it shows it’s on when it shouldn’t be. It hasn’t rained in several days.

Blue wire to S1. White and one yellow to SC. 2nd yellow to SP. see attached pictures.

Ideas?

2 days after installation, the Hunter sensor went to Normal and seems to be working. No clue why but it works now.

This is why. There’s a reset button on top of the rain sensor. If you don’t reset it, it will take a while for it to do it on it’s own.
