How do we sync hose times with the sprinkler controller flex schedules?

I’ve got 11 zones plus one (soon to be three) hose times; how do I get the hose timers to sync with the Flex Daily schedule so events don’t overlap? Unfortunately we don’t have the water pressure to have schedules run concurrently.

Currently, those two hardware products do not have software that tracks calendars across the product line.
