I’ve always been a bit concerned about the strain on a Hose Timer mounted on a hose splitter. The stress of an attached hose placed on the timer assembly seems to be a potential for failure over time. My solution was to add couplings on both ends of the hose timer that allow it to ‘flex’ in response to hose position. These seem to work very well and the hose timer seems to be more ‘comfortable’ in its installation. Just a thought for others.
After a long search, I found these that seem to be high quality and functional: Eden Swivel Connector
