Makes sense. I missed the part about opening the bleeder on the zone and getting flow.
If it’s all the valves that don’t work, then I don’t think you need to find and check every individual valve at this point.
Here is a thought. Go to HD and buy one valve and jumper wires from your controller to this valve that is hooked up to one of your zone connections in your garage. Open the program on your phone and try to run that zone. If the valve opens, then the controller is likely good, though you could confirm by doing the same by hooking to each zone connection.
A failure in the wiring at A,B, C, or E or of the master valve could cause what you are experiencing if the controller is working right.
