Having Issue Connecting to Network

I’m setting up my system for the first time. When I get to the place where you do the blink network setup, it says “Your Iro was not able to connect to your Wi-Fi network.” However, the unit’s Wi-Fi light is blinking green. Not sure how to proceed from here.

Looks like you are online, is everything good or are you still having issues connecting?

It’s all good now. After calling support, they had me log off and log back in at which time it worked properly. Thanks!
