I picked up a Rachio 3 from Amazon Warehouse. It seems to be working, except that half the the light bar has a small solid white (or pink?) light and doesn’t change. Does this mean something specific, or is the light bar just shot?
I don’t see anything about a purple light…so my guess is that there is an issue with the light bar…probably why it was returned to Amazon. Was the controller factory re-set and was the SN clear?
