Great tech support

I recently installed a Gen 3 and it was working well. Suddenly the controller was dropping on and offline. I contacted tech support and they were patient with assisting me work through a low WiFi signal when using 5 GHz Franz and Dane were just fantastic. Just wanted the community to know that this tech support group works hard to assist with issues, even on 3 day weekends.


That’s what sets Rachio apart from all the other smart controllers on the market. I’m sure they all work very well, but the support is unparalleled! Plus the community forums are a great resource as well! Don’t think any of the other smart controllers have such an awesome community to help out…
