Having trouble getting my newly installed Gen 2 Rachio configured using the app now that I have the hardware installed.
I have an Eero mesh network so there are not separate 2.4 and 5 GHz networks. My iPhone connects via 5 GHz and looking at my Eero app, it appears that the Rachio Gen 2 is connected via 2.4 and has been assigned an IP address.
I keep getting an error in the app, “We could not find your Rachio”.
Any tips on getting it configured on an Eero mesh network?
