Purchased the Gen 3 (12 Zone) from Costco yesterday. Everything seems to work great, but “Weather Intelligence Plus.” Based on the guides I’ve read and forum posts here, it seems like everything is setup correctly. However, last night the system continued to run the sprinklers through a flash flood warning.
Currently running a fixed schedule, new SOD rolled out on Sunday.
@TheLaw For hourly schedules (mostly used for sod) we do not apply weather intelligence. It would be too difficult to skip (or not) the same schedule multiple times per day. As the lawn graduates to fixed or flex schedules you can take advantage of the weather intelligence capabilities.
