Gen 2 not operating on Schedule

I sent this to support but received no answer. Every year when I set my schedule I can’t get it to work. It says it’s set up but doesn’t turn on.

Your schedule end dates expired last year. You can change the end dates to the future and the schedules will run.



Thank you. I had the start date correct, but not the end date. This happens every year. Why doesn’t it self update according to the calendar?
