Gen 2 nonresponsive

I installed my Gen 2 in the spring, and it worked like a charm all summer. I really never thought about it, and my grass stayed green despite the blistering Arizona heat.

Now it has become unresponsive, and no matter what I do, it only shows light #1 solid. Light #2 never blinks, so I never move on in the process. I’ve unplugged/replugged a hundred times, tried the reset combos, all to no avail. The app doesn’t recognize it and won’t let me reconnect it. No matter what I do, it’s just one solid light #1.

Any experience with this?
