My Gen 2 rachio suddenly lost network connection to rachio (3rd light blinking). I have tried to follow the troubleshooting guide by putting on the iPhone to airplane mode with Wifi on only. But there is no 2.4 or Guest at the end of the network name. Is the troubleshooting guide still valid?
I can see the device is connected in my Eero with the same MAC address. My RouteThis key is DV9TPKEV
Any help is appreicated.
