Having trouble connecting your Gen 2? If you’re using an iOS device running OS 10.2, please see this known issue for work arounds.

This issue has been resolved. Please update your Rachio app to version 2.9.2. Remember to power cycle the controller and wait for Light One to be solid before attempting to connect to WiFi.

If you have trouble connecting your controller to WiFi using Rachio 2.9.2, please send an email to support@rachio.com with the Subject “Light 3 Blinking | [INSERT CONTROLLER SERIAL NUMBER HERE]”

I am having this exact issue with 10.2 but even on 2.9.2 my controller still won’t connect. Email has been sent.

Thanks @Squeekstyle – looks like you’re working with Alex. From my understanding of the ticket, your controller was initially connected over the summer, but it went offline and you’re having trouble getting it back online. If that’s incorrect, please let me know.
